Ray is an ex-Army Officer, who was commissioned from the ranks, reaching Captain prior to his leaving the services. His final appointment in the Army was as HR Manager and Paymaster in a large military hospital based in Germany.
Ray has over 12 years HR and employment law experience. He has advised on conduct and capability issues but also TUPE, redundancy and medical capability to name a few.

Always remember your roots and where you came from, so that you can relate better when giving advice
What do you like about employment law/health and safety?
Seeing a problem to an end – I like solutions and helping people resolve difficult situations
What do you consider the big employment law/health and safety issue for 2015?
Retention of staff now the economy is starting to recover and more employment opportunities arise
